Important Announcement Regarding Changes to Tuition Payment Procedures for International Students

Dear International Students of Damghan University,

Greetings,

Following the implementation of new financial guidelines, and with the aim of organizing and ensuring transparency in financial affairs regarding tuition fees, we hereby inform you that, as of the date of this announcement, all tuition payments must be made exclusively to the official account of Damghan University.

Therefore, students are required to use only the following approved methods for tuition payments:

1. In-Person Payment: Visit the University's Financial Affairs department directly and pay via Point of Sale (POS) terminals.

2. Rial Deposit: Deposit the amount into the University’s designated revenue account with the following IBAN:

    IR760100004001080303020708 at the Central Bank of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

    Important Note: It is mandatory to include the personal "Payment ID" (Shenase-ye Pardakht) for each student at the time of deposit to ensure the receipt is accurately documented and confirmed.

3. Foreign Currency Deposit: Deposit the amount into the University’s foreign currency account number: 4001074903043111 at the Central Bank of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and send a copy of the deposit receipt to the Financial Affairs department for verification and registration in the system.

Please note that the responsibility for any deposit made into unauthorized accounts, or the failure to include the mandatory "Payment ID," lies solely with the student, and Damghan University will bear no responsibility in this regard.

We kindly request your strict adherence to the aforementioned instructions to avoid any disruption to your academic and financial status.
